Hey i am building a PC and was wondering if anyone knew why there is such a big differance between the full package and the OEM. What does the package have and the OEM doesn't? Is it sensible getting the OEM or not? Thank you in advance for your help!

OEM is discounted because retailers are only supposed to sell it with a new computer. Get OEM, you won't notice a difference.

Technically under ther OEM liscense, the builder must provide all support to any user and is required to place a sticker on the machine with contact information for support. But if you're building it for yourself, that won't be a problem.

I just purchased and installed Vista OEM....no problems at all, though I think you can only install it once and aren't allowed to move it to another system...someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
