I know wireless isn't good for online gaming but I have no other option. I have the linksys WMP54G PCI but this card works horribly with Windows 7 I found this wireless card but i'm not sure what I'm suppose to look for in a wireless card. It should work fine if you're not too far from the router and there's nothing in between causing interference.
I have the 556 and it's on and off. It will be flawless for weeks, then have an off day which will require router resets and inconsistencies. Then again, you might get lucky and have no problems at all.

Were you able to test connection strength with N router to N adapter vs N router to G adapter? Or did you change everything in one go?
