I hear the Logitech G700 is pretty darn good for a wireless mouse. They are at a cheaper price now since they were released. Feel free to check out the reviews on amazon and newegg if you're unsure. Check it out to see if you like the grip-style.

I had a wireless setup for about ten minutes one time. It introduced a tiny lag that got me killed in shooters and made them no fun.

A wireless mouse can be just as good as a wireless mouse as long as they make the radio hardware right (low latency).

I used to use wireless KB+M (http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-K350-2-4Ghz-Wireless-Keyboard/dp/B002MMY4WY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1364262741&sr=8-1&keywords=k350) but I got tired of replacing batteries and occasional connection issues.

G500>G700 due to being wired :Pdramaybaz

g700 is both wired and wireless. ZERO input lag either way. plus the reciever for bluetooth is on the end of a cord that you set next to your mouse (just incase your a little scared)

Thats good.

They gave up support for the g7, both the battery died so I had to retire it. Connection issues are a pain for wireless but lag wasn't apparent at all or enough for me to notice.

I've been gaming over 10 years now...I've never found anything wireless that didn't lag.  Just saying.

If you're careful about your modulation scheme wireless can be just as fast as wired, after all, EMR does travel at the speed of light. I think Razer Mamba and probably this RAT 9 have in place some nice modulation schemes that are low latency.

I use a g700 wireless and I've never noticed a lag. In fact, it's faster than my wired mouse at work, which should tell you something.

People need to understand that there will always be lag on a wireless device compared to a cabled device. The thing is that the top notch gaming mice these days have gotten so good at wireless technology that the human eye/hand can't notice it. It's less than milliseconds lag. Like another poster said, for this you need to buy a GOOD quality wireless gaming mouse, not just any Office Wireless Combo.
