Hey guys, umm not a real problem but its a little bit of a worry, i live in england and i am with a isp called bt, they have giving me a bt home hub ( router) which apparently is the best of its kind, whats happening is i keep having to reboot and restart my router every like 1-3 days randoms between there.
To be honest since having the router i have been playing online like 8 hours a day haha, im on holiday so i thought perfect time lol
So why do i have to keep restarting my home hub, is it the router, normal, what? thanks for reading guys :)

Could you give a little bit more information. Like what is your router doing to make you have to reset it? Typically, you should not have to reset your router, though it is good to do it once a week. If your internet is cutting in and out and reseting your router fixes this, might be a faulty router. If your internet cuts in and out and you reset a few times and it finally comes on after a few mins, you might want to contact your ISP to tell them you are having internet problems.

Best advice I can give you is post this in the Hardware forum where it belongs. You will get better info there.

And like I said, what for? Cache doesn't need to be cleared....unless your router is of really REALLY bad quality... lol

Might be crappy router. Never heard of bthome hub routers. Did have a look at the settings? It could also be the ISP. It could be alot of stuff. My router sucks. I have to restart it sometimes. Generally when routers do die sometimes they like to not give good connections. IDK, if you can get a guy from the ISP on the line he would be more help then us since he is getting paid for helping you. I want a Cisco Business router. And a T3 or Fios.
