witcher 3 mods are starting- E3 lighting/effect mod

one of the first mods to roll out aims to correct the lighting and a few of the effects to look more like the E3 2013 reveal.

the mod definitely gives the world a colder, more stark feel.

I heard the devs are going to release a PC patch that will allow players to select the E3 look. Of course I heard this on the internet which is more full of rumours than truth.

Does anyone know when the actual mod tools are coming out? I'm kind of trying to hold off on playing the game until the mod tools are released.

Did they even get out of beta for The Witcher 2? I try looking it up I only find instructional videos, no actual mods made with it available to download.

Where did you hear this? Could you be more specific than "the internet"? :)
