Wolfinstein save feature

I was reading the GS review and it stated there was no manual save feature. So for those that are playing it does it have a quick save at all and if not how onerous is the checkpoint system? Also how long is the game?

I was on the fence about it and most likely without at least a Q-save I'll pass.

Thanks. No Q-save no sale. I bought Far Cry and learned from that. Also it's an iffy prospect at best so maybe off the bargain bin.
