They're both very different.
CoH:
*Base Building, Advanced Resource management, Micromanagement.
*Standard RTS, 1vs1 or Teams
*Destroy base/bleed out tickets to win
*Different factions/tactics/units.
WiC:
*Buy and command, no micromanagement or building, etc.
*Standard is 16player 8vs8 games, with each player playing a different role(More Team Oriented)
*3 Different Gameplay modes-Hold CPs, Defend longest, and push line of CPs
*Practically Mirrored factions, Rock/Paper/Scissors Tactics.
