World in Conflict freezing...

O.K so I just purchased this game about a week ago and was really enjoying it, got to the third level(maybe the farm) and it freezes everytime in the same spot. I mean it freezes to the point where I have to restart my computer with the tower button.Could someone tell me what to do?

1. What are your specs? 2. Is the disc clean of scratches? 3. If you want, you could try reinstalling the game.dcpc11

2. Games don't read data off CDs to play anymore...

I'd suggest to patch to the latest version if you haven't already. Oh and update your drivers for gfx/sound and whatevs

Try Updating your graphics card drivers if you haven't and mabye try defragmenting your hard drive.
