It's not showing up on the GameStop website and I haven't seen it in stores in ages.
And I'm talking about the original World in Conflict that first came out, not that new expansion or sequel or whatever that got a 4.5 on here.

The question is - why is it so hard to find some games that are only a few years old?
If they're not on the shelf, it means they sold all their copies. If they sold all their copies, why didn't they order more?
Obviously, more exist, or you couldn't buy them anywhere.
Also, BB keeps some games in stock that are more than 5 years old -but not others, Morrowind for instance - they always have that in stock.
Why? Because the floorspace costs, probably, didn't cover the profit margin. It's likely they sold them for dirt cheap just to get them out of their store, no way they're going to buy another batch after having to do that. Plus, Steam and Amazon don't deal with floorspace expenses. There is also the possibility that the publisher didn't bother making reprints. Which isn't a factor for Steam sales. As for the expansion of World in Conflict, the only reason it got a low score is because the expansion forced you to replay the original game and added a new Russian perspective mission after 3 missions of the original game. It also didn't add much as far as game play. It just added more story content and lengthened the original game by about 33%.. Factor in the price of the Expansion and it ended up being not good for someone who's has already played through the original game. The question is - why is it so hard to find some games that are only a few years old?
