Is there a chance of Blizzard releasing the sequel to the most played MMORPG P2P in the world?

I know they are releasing Titan, but screw Titan... World of Warcraft is the sh!t, but now they've ruined it.

Maybe around2100. This includes Blizz-Soon, all other games released/have gotten sequels.

Aren't you even a little bit interested in what Titan is before dismissing it completely?

Why would they release a sequel when you can just develop the game further with expansions?

With 8 million active players and a steady income why would they think about making a sequel? It's all about money, I never had WoW account but I have friends playing since day 1. It did looked awesome when it came out, sadly I couldn't afford it back then and now I'm just not interested. When I have to listen for half an hour my mates complaining how bad it is and what they should and shouldn't do to the game... Back to the point, it all comes down to money, people have been complaining for years but keep playing and as long as they play and blizzard gets the money they won't even think about a sequel.

I don't think the community has the heart for WoW2 right now, and would just see it as a Blizz cash in. And what direction would they take it with story? 100 years after current WoW events? And what model would they develop? Subscription MMOs are the thing of the past. And then you got Titan? what is it? There are to many questions right now that Blizzard must even be asking themselves before even considering WoW 2.

Warcraft 4 comes after SC2 as that is the RTS dev team.

WoW needs to go, Titan is very welcome in my books. played WoW for a long time and don't wish to play it all over again. Besides they've already got the lore into the game so what else do you want? The only thing is new lore or bits and pieces that weren't fully played out in the WoW game but all I can think of was the Titans (hint hint of what the new game might revolve around) so not a lot to go on as far as expansion and longevity is concerned.

How would you define a sequel to WoW? There's no good excuse for a WoW sequel when what they have can be added to, tweaked and updated gradually.

They would never need to. If there's ever anything they need to change, they can just update WoW.

There will eventually be a WoW2, but wouldn't expect it for at least 5-6 years, probably more like 10 years. WoW s still the biggest game out there by far. It'll need to fall a lot further into decline before they really start thinking about a full-on sequel. Once that happens, expect a 5+ year development scheduled.

I believe it's already been stated by Blizzard that the intent is to release xpacs up to level 100. That should be two more xpacs, plus Pandaria...so AT LEAST 4 more years until Titan is even being talked about seriously.

Could be WoW2, but honestly after MoP and 2 more xpacs, I can't imagine how much lore could possibly be left to explore in Azeroth. \

Titan needs to be a completely new IP imo.

Ugghh... I don't want to even think of a sequel to WoW right now. I just couldn't get into that game, no matter how hard I tried. My little brother is hopelessly addicted to WoW as it is, I've been trying to ween him off the game. So far I've got him to try out Everquest 2, Runescape , and Ragnarok Online... All which cannot pry his attention away from WoW.

Not another WoW, but I'd be interested in a graphically enhanced version of a blizzard MMORPG.
