I stopped playing WoW and would love trying another MMO. On the other hand, I don't want to pay every month to play, and I don't feel like trying EQ or FFXI.
Spore looks weird... It is nothing like WoW and looks terribly boring.
I haven't played WoW since sometime last year, and I don't intend on getting back into it with the expansion, so yeah I guess you could say I'm quitting for Spore.
That's the only game I know I'll for sure be buying this year.
Spore has a lot of potential, but I'm afraid that the core game mechanics are going to be too simplistic and lack depth. I'm really intrigued by the character/object creation process, but I don't know if Spore will have the same appeal as a game like the Sims. It just seems like you'll run out of things to do eventually. Here's hoping that the game turns out like I hoped last year.

i got banned from WoW so pretty much the same!
although i would like to play wow again SPORE makes wow seem like space invaders. (based on emotional and game-play depth)

will has left spore and maxis now but he is still getting input in spore and helping with ideas but not pro
