You know initially I was thinking "eh so what...another worms game"...then while watching the video I heard the holy hand grenade (among other awesome things) and I got totally nostalgic lol. Maybe a good updated version of Worms is exactly what I need :P
I've been keen to pick up a Worms game recently, since I haven't actually played one since the original (which I loved)... but I may just wait for this to arrive instead.
I used to play a ton of Worms back in the day its good to see this is coming back and seems to still retain what made Worms a fun time killer and for 20 bucks with todays high priced games seems like a steal.
This really brightened my day. I have fond memories now of high-pitched little voices shouting "BOOOM!" and worms flying all over the screen. Napalm Strike! :)

Saw this and instantly preordered. Looks like they have added even more than the xbox live arcade version. Even though the price is more than the 360 version, since they have added much more it's worth it. Simple yet addictive gameplay. Definitely one of those games I will enjoy after work. Sometimes I work late and don't feel like playing a big complex game when I get home, this game is right up that alley.
Looks good, problem with the xbox Live version for me was that Multiplayer community was small, hopefully this will be a bit bigger and I'll be able to play some people.

I'm assuming the community will be big. There are still lots of people playing Worms Armageddon on PC every day. Plus a lot of people play "Hedgewars" which is a remake of Worms Armageddon, but it has Hedgehogs instead and the weapons are a bit different.
Team17 took forever to give a release date. they kept saying "we're working on it" or "sometime fairly soon"...now we finally get a date, and its this month! nice! on steam nonetheless. i'll gladly pay $20 for some updated Worms action. can't wait!
