Yes...xboxgames has some really idiotic people on there. Once, I even got a voicemail from someone screaming at me and telling me they were going to kill my family and all sorts of wierd things. To this day I still have no idea who that person was or why he was so angry. I don't think it was because I was "pwning" in a game either...as I am not really even that good at online games.
I hate to say it but probably Left 4 Dead lol - I love that game but man there are some really annoying people on there IMO. It is imperative that you play together. And yet you have someone who wants to have a phone call and lets their character die. Or maybe worse are just people who play but won't keep up. There are also the hot heads. One time I fell down where the garage is in Versus - well the window after you get up from the lift - and was surrounded by zombies and this fellow complained that I didn't help him. Similarly, the odd 12 year old that really shouldn't be allowed on there because they love the sound of their own voices.

I agree, L4D has to have one of the worst communites since the glory days of CS:S. Pricks, idiots, the bossy jerk, people talkin on the phone and into the mic at the same time, little kids who don't shut up, that fool who thinks he knows everything about the game and get himself and his whole group killed with 10% of the map completed. You name it I've seen it, takes about a dozen trys before I manage to get into a decent game. It's a shame to as it's so much fun.
Off the top of my head, I'd say BF2142. There are a few decent servers (the 18+ ones,) but mostly everyone accuses eachother of cheating, or they employ unfair tactics such as RDX jumping or vehicle ramming. It happens in all communities, unfortunately. The best option is to only play people you know. That was actually the main reason why I created GameRanger.
Halo 2/3. Worst Community Ever, and yes, im saying it on a pc forum because its Worse that WoW and CS:S. Lots of racial slurs are used, Yelling in mic, Team kills, kicking out of matches, high school-type drama (omg, he said this, he said that), Cheating. I can't imagine how many times i said 'headshot' and was called the 'N' word. . . its overall the worst gaming community ever, and sadly, it can change once real-life cool friends into jerks. only thing that it Doesn't have is the whole "Women don't exist on the Internet" saying. besides that, its the trench of society

To echo the comments of several other people, I'm gonna have to say L4D. The community for this game is so horrendous it nearly ruins the entire experience. I'm honestly shocked at the amount of stupidy you see in the average match.
