Worth the $120?

I had to RMA my recently purchased GTX 670 4GB FTW edition and the new one is coming in this Friday. I checked out EVGA's step up program and it would be around $120-140ish to step up to a 680 4GB. Question is, is it worth it? Thanks for any input.
