Click on the windows start button, and in search bar, type "Event Viewer" and then click it. Let it load, and then look under "Summary of Administrative Events." See if there are any errors and if there are, take a screenshot.

You need to prevent your computer from dosing-off.Ā  Hibernation is a known cause for problemos since Windows 7, or, more exactly, getting out of hibernation.

When running Windows 7, via "Start" go to "Control Panel" and then hit "System and security".Ā  Once there, click "Power Options".Ā  In "Power Options" click "Change plan settings" next to whatever of the two options ("balanced" or "Power saver") is selected.

Now, next to "Put Computer to sleep" choose "never" in the roll-out menu.Ā  Hit "save changes" and yer done.
