Im not much of a RPG fan but the action of the game looks pretty cool and I like the futuristic look to the game as well.
But what are the RPG elements in the game exactly like? Is it too deep where I would just get bored if it?

It's hardly a RPG at all so I don't think that would be an issue.
Oh, and for $3, it's not like you're out anything if you don't like it.
Human Revolution is a good game, but it's just that, only that it carries the name deus ex. I found it to be pretty straightforward, not nearly as deep and immersive as the first one.
Not sure if you mean HR or HD, either way, theres a set of mods that enhance visually the old engine and also improves ai

Spent the last three days playing the game, really loved it. There are different ways to completing a mission depending on what your skills and preferences are. You can talk your way into a police station or go stealth and finding another way in. Definitely worth the price it's at now and I recommend you pick up The Missing Link too while the discount lasts.
Like someone said earlier, it's not as deep as the first Deus Ex but it's still a great game and hopefully they'll make it deeper in the future.
I thought it was an awesome game until the third boss fight. After that it got kind of lame. But the gameplay was really fun.
Couple of suggestions though... 1) Play the game using stealth instead of run and gun, it's way more fun and rewarding that way. 2) Don't upgrade a random skill as soon as you get a Praxis, wait until you continue playing and need the specific skill for something. I learned this the hard way, because some missions kind of force you to upgrade some skills at the begining you might think you'll never use.
Enjoy!
Personaly I think most of the fun is trying to complete the game without killing anyone. I thought the story and themes was pretty good as well. It seems to be basically tackling the issue of stem cell research in a "video game" manner. Likewise the (great) expansion pack seems to be dealing with the issues of events like UNIT 731. It does this stuff without getting too wanky or pretentious about it (see metal gear solid/Bioshock).
