Yeah. The Superbowl was over. :P There are many reasons a TV would be sent back, and if it's labeled as "factory refurbished," then it's almost as good as new, and usually for a much lower price. I would never buy a larger sized TV as anything but brand new, but a smaller TV, between 32 and 42 inches, sure.
