Wow is awful

i downloaded the free trial last week and i have to say it SUCKS!

the graphics are awful the combat is broken and the voicing gets old really fast

how can people pay money every month for this game when games like guild wars have no monthly installments and better graphic and combat

m8 as others have said you only played the trial, the graphics style is bad for the size of the world and having hardly any load times in the world. If you play past the trial it starts to get better and with friends its even more fun, but if your upset with the game due to you being ganked, just accept your a noob and that when you are at higher lvls you get ganked less.

Combat is broken? Are you kidding me? WoW has to have the most polished MMO combat out there. No matter what kind of gamer you are, WoW is a well tuned , crafted piece of Code. Good times, I havent played for almost 1.5 years, but when i did, I know this. It was not "Broken" combat. LOL, thats funny

and as i recall demos and trials are supposed to make people want to buy the game

LOL, Swords dont hit worth crap in early levels, You refine that skill. Sheesh! What you are level 8 and you are supposed to hit something all the time? the more you use weapons the better you get. I am not a WoW fan at all, But I have played Plenty of MMOs in my life, while it is not the best, It is the most polished!

World at Warcraft is a fantastic game. It has a large breath taking world, awesome art style, awesome lore and lots of things to do. Though I will agree that the combat could use improving (It is far from broken). The graphics are fine, you can't expect an MMORPG to have top notch graphics.fudgeblood

there is just always something to do, and its got a great community.

I am on a severe budget as well, and for 15 bucks a month I get unlimited gameplay and get to play with my friend. Its a hell of a deal

I've never tried it and I never will, LOTRO, Guild Wars has everything I'm looking for in an MMO and I hope SWTOR, Guild Wars 2 will also.

try playing the game past lvl 20 or use the higher lvl trials it's a great game one of the best mmos lotro is another good mmo

have you even played the game lately and i mean you can look and the map and find where you need to go and the group thing is underused not anymore since you can set what you want to be in the instance from tanks to dpstony2077ca

I played the trial for 2 hours and it boggled my mind how that can be possibly fun talking to other peoples etc. I want to TROLL and tk.

You can't expect an MMORPG to have top notch graphics? What about Lotro or AoC? They both have really nice graphics, and so does Guild Wars compared to WoW. And I hear Aion has top notch graphics. They are all great games in their own way. WoW is just old, you would think they would be able to update the graphic engine somehow. But it does have a unique art style to it, so I guess they are still good enough to be enjoyable. It's more about the gameplay anyhow in an MMO so obviously graphis aren't the most important thing in am mmo since WoW has the largest player base.welroon
