WOW mage conjure refreshments help.

Im lvl 74 on my mage but i still have lvl 64 refreshments. How do you get higher ranks with patch 4.0.1? Ive been to the mage trainer but i cant learn anything else to do with food or mana refreshments...I thought you might need to buy a book to learn it?

Besides in 4.01 there's no longer ranks, the spell improves as you gain levels.

I've always bought food on my mage, for leveling.. it's always been a pain, what's the point of giving a spell that's useless a few levels after you get it? Other solution is to stack spirit.

But then again, leveling in wrath I hardly needed food/water, Just kept a rotation of Mana Gem, Evocate... And regen (with mage armor), at least at 80 seems to have gone up...

Ive gone up a rank now i hit lvl 74.
