LOTRO for me. I like the atmosphere more in LOTRO and I also like deeper quest stories. Even the smallest quests feel like they are part of the bigger LOTR story.
So far the atmosphere is much better in LOTRO. The questing system is far more interesting the landcapes are gorgeous and so far it's not a grind which is a BIG relief.
I tried the beta for LOTRO alone and I thought it had a much better interface than WoW, but it feelt more unstructured and just as grindy. Since it felt pretty built around grouping I'm guessing it gets better if you play with friends.
