    I was torrenting about, (please don't lock this thread) and I came across Cops and Gangsters 2007, and it had a picture of San andreas on it... So is this a new GTA Game or am I dumb?

never heard of it. try mobygames.com - it has a lot of info gamespot does not, especially retro games and foreign titles.
