Xbox 360 Audio System?

I'm looking for a good audio system to play my Xbox 360 with. I've heard good things about the Logitech z2300 for computers but is it good for the 360 as well? Also I would only like to spend around $200. Thanks.

I'm just using it in my bedroom which is pretty small on a 32" LCD TV. Also I would like to play music through it as well. But I'm not too technical about the sounds. I just want it to sound good.

I use a bookshelf system and the sound is alot better then the crappy speakers on my TV.
