Is it ever explained why the console versions got a higher score?

would be awesome if people read before asking something thats explained in both the video and written review, but no lets just go and make athread because i cant read.
Yeah, it certainly feels like it especially when it comes to the controls and limited/awkward camera. The game is pretty fun though, better than the demo. I'm playing as Katarina. Much better than Lucas. Obsidian did a good job with the characters, choices, and writing though. Visuals look pretty good. It's a console port.>.>

PC players in particular will at once feel the sting of multiplatform development. Control and interface elements that feel fine on console don't necessarily translate well to a keyboard and mouse; considering the series' famous focus on usability, this is an unusual turn of eventsGamespot Review
Literally in the first paragraph. Haven't played yet, but it's pre-loaded and waiting for me as soon as I get off work =). Kind of dissapointed at the reviews to be honest. Including DS3 I have had 4 day one purchases this year: Crysis 2, Dragon Age 2, and Portal 2. All but Portal 2 have let me down in some significant way. I should probably start waiting for reviews =(.
i just realized that i have never played any game from Obsidian, after the release of this crap i dont think that i would buy any game that is developed from developer.malikmmm
You should play Fallout: New Vegas. It's Obsidian's crown jewel and an incredible game.

I personally didn't like New Vegas. I think I would've liked it if I didn't play Fallout 3 first, but I wouldn't buy it again if I had the choice. Yuck game IMO.

Really? I thought Fallout 3 was an incredible game, but I also thought that New Vegas blew it away.

I'm not sure I can point to any specific reason other than the developer. Its weird because I've played Obsidian games a lot. Neverwinter Nights 2, KOTOR 2. I always feel like they just don't do as good a job as the original developer, no matter who it is. Its like their games just don't feel quite as "polished?" as their predecessors. Just my opinion, though.
