yellow question marks

hello all

one day i turn my pc and my dvd-rw is gone ! i go to device manger and get yellow question marks on the cd device (nec 3550a) now i try to delete the driver and reboot my pc and still i keep geting this yellow question marks and no cd on my pc /

i try to get a drivers for my DVD-RW nec and i cant run it , it gives me a error massge (target not found) im lost and mad , dont know what to do next ?

it works great yestrday , whats up with that ?

what can i do ?

please please help me guys

When theres a question mark beside a so-called hardware, for example a yellow question mark beside PCI Communications Centre means that the program does not work and requires a reinstallation, preferrably from a CD or from the web.

Do steps 1 through 4 in method 2. I would have copy/pasted them but it wasn't working well...
