What? It runs best on DX10 Hardware and Vista. Yes, right now the 8800 series are the only DX10 cards, but by the time Crysis comes out, Daamit will already have their X2___ line in the market. Also, last time I checked, the x2900xtx was a DX10 card...and much faster than a 8800GTX
that is a game built for the 8800GTX only if u dont have a GTX or GTS, dont bother about buying it.r3351925
no it isnt built for just dx10... ive just said this about 2 mins ago... game developers arent going to cut themselves off from the overwhelming majority of their market by releasing a dx10 only game.
you guys should really see the gameplay vids, it looks like a whole lot of fun, especially with the awesome augmentations and weapon customizations you can do.... you-tube or google some vids

I'v seen most of them. Looks fun but as good as some people may think it is, I just have a feeling that the only reason I'd want to replay it is to boast to friends about the graphics.
yeah, well that's one major selling point for the game, the gorgeous graphics, but i'd say lets just wait for it and give it a chance, at least a try before dismissing it as merely dx10 eyecandy material.
