Well, that's easy, because they are there when you are playing the game. It's kinda hard to ignore their presence when they are an integral part or the storyline.

Legend/Anniversary Lara Croft --- Idealized hot woman with great attitude and main character.

Alyx (HL2) and Jade (Beyond good & Evil) Heather (Silent Hill 3) --- Shows that a woman doesn't have to be hot to impress.

Those are my favorite and I can't pick just one of them.

Erm I dunno this is a hard one to choose

The girl on the GDI campaign on CNC3 was the hottest. Probably cuz she was actually a real woman, it was pretty awesome when she unexpectedly showed some leg about half way through the campaign.. I eventually quit though when she didn't show any skin at all for the next 5-8 missions.

Developers need to exploit gamer's sexuality and tease us with girls throughout the game. Would have been exciting if the girl showed more and more skin (and became more sexual) through out the game in an unexpected yet promising way.

Screw watching dirty vids, that only gives you the same old visual pleasure.. its no different than going to a strip club. But if a girl in a game teases you and rewards you sexually then you have a lot more to play for.. a lot more to fight for! You feel like you know her and you're winning her heart, not just watching her get naked for no particular reason.
