So, with 5 Elder Scrolls games released now, and many people saying Skyrim is the best game ever, it brings up the question. Which is your favourite Elder Scrolls game?

I like the Nord/Norse Viking feel of Skyrim. It could always be better but I'm having a blast with the game.

Oblivion. Skyrim was amazing, but it felt "been there, done that" after Oblivion. Never played Morrowind.

LUMIN4RY

Same. That's pretty much the main reason why I bought it. I'm a huge Nord/Norse Viking fan! There's a real life viking standing behind me right now as I'm typing.

Pretty much a tie between Morrowind and Skyrim - I love the Norse setting.

Morrowind was definitely the strongest entry in the series. Skyrim has the weakest rpg mechanics but unlike Oblivion is actually a fun game.

Skyrim is my favorite; however, Oblivion was my first TES game. So I haven't played most of the TES games.

Damn, that's a hard question. For a start I have played and enjoyed Morrowind, Oblivion and Skyrim. but when it comes down to how much work Bethesda puts down on every entry in the series I have to say Skyrim. But god what an awesome atmosphere Morrowind has even though I own Oblivion for both PC and PS3.

Both Skyrim and Morrowind are great games, but I have to say that Skyrim was a lot more polished, so probably Skyrim.

Even though I've lost many hours playing Oblivion and Skyrim, Morrowind is still my favorite. Without Morrowind as a foundation Oblivion and Skyrim wouldn't even exist.

Morrowind, Skyrim feels like a sidegrade as opposed to an outright downgrade, but that still doesn't excuse it from being a game that requires mods to be enjoyable.

Morrowind hands down...I use to call off of work to stqy home and play it. oblivion was good my first playthrough but after that I couldnt get into it again at all. Skyrim since launch Ive only put around 60 hours in and I can only seem to play for an hour or so at a time before I get bored. im struggling to finish it

Daggerfall.

Morrowind was to Daggerfall what Oblivion was to Morrowind.

I only jumped in on Oblivion, so between it and Skyrim, Skyrim definitely. Only thing I kind of miss is having more NPCs around, and the arena system, even though it was done pretty poorly in Oblivion.

Skyrim, then Morrowwind. Hated the story in Oblivion, plus it needed mods to make it worth playing to me at least.

Probably Skyrim, but I also really enjoyed Morrowind. I did play Oblivion and I actually did enjoy that, but Skyrim still takes the win for me! I am having so much fun with it so far and its one of those games that you can just sit down and play for like 2 hours.

It's close between Skyrim and Morrowind. The modding community are making Skyrim better then Morrowind though.

Morrowind. It's amazing how I can play still play this weekly after so many years. Then Daggerfall. I'm kinda surprised how much I enjoyed it. The problem with is that they have always relied so much in technology more than anything else. Technology is all sparkly and shiny WHEN IT COMES OUT, but in the future is just gonna archaic and pretty un fun. I can still play Gamea like PST because, while they have obviously aged, they have far more to offer than just pretty faces and uber detailed mechanics. I enjoyed daggerfall afterall. Guess there's always an exception. Then Skyrim. And finally somewhere in the deepest bottom of the depths lies Sh!t, and belllow lies Oblivion. I'm not sure if there's a human being our who has played Arena.

I liked all of them but, my favorite is Skyrim. Morrowind was the one I like least due to the combat and how easy it was.
