and no...why is this spamming? anyway...i always loved the sims 2, but i just never brought into expansion packs, theyre all just extra ways to rape my wallet imo :]
The Sims 2 is a great game. Been playing it since December 2004 and it's still fun!
Not all of the expansions are that great. The best expansions in my opinion had been Nightlife and Seasons, because they add some elements that make the game much better. University is fine as long as you are willing to get trough the whole University thing, besides it's worth it in the end as your sim gains a better job and adds some neat objects, and it should be cheap now. Open for Business is also fine but I've heard it's not easy, but a good thing is that you can have your own business and generating money is easier than ever, and Servo returns!
Pets in the other hand... If you're an animal lover you will like it, but it's not the same as Unleashed for The Sims 1, I tell you that in the Sims 2, having pets is actually more Annoying than enjoyable.
The next one seems to be a good one though, we can only hope it's not pure hype. It's going to be like Vacation for the original Sims.

:P Nice way of putting it. Anyway, I still haven't got Sims2 but I like the idea of building your own dream house so I'll get it at some point. But generally speaking I really despise the idea of milking gamers by putting out expansion after expansion with seemingly so little new content, but I guess I would have to try it before criticizing it.Please Log In to post.
