Just came accross it on steam. Zeno Clash is on sale for $5.10 until dec. 3rd. I havent tried it yet but I'm sure others here can sound off on what the game is like.

may not be a perfect game but zeno clash got several good reviews 84 from both ign and pc gamer 77 total on metacritic for $5 its well worth checking it out if its not your your liking then well its a small loss you've probably spent more on lunch that you didn't like.

It has it's flaws but it is a pretty good game. In terms of melee combat it is betetr than most games on PC in that respect. I paid $15 for it and didn't regret it so I would sya it is worth $5.

I bought this the second I saw the sale, as I looooved the demo. Great game, but I beat it in 3 hours on hard (the "normal" setting) with tv breaks in between Was it worth $20 probably not, but $5, yes, it actually invoked the kind of wonder I had when I was a kid playing Ocarina of Time. I actually found myself looking in every corner of certain zones and admiring the weird characters (the Northern Guard bar was cool, anyone notice the guy with the teapot on his head holding the chain? LOL) My only gripe: crappy ending i killed my same brother/sister/corwids about 6 times each through the game...WTF?

I absolutely loved this game.. fun combat, cool story, amazing theme and art and such.. I paid $15 and it was easily worth that. $5 is a great price.

By my experience i wouldn't even spend 5 bucks. i mean its a super linear shallow face puncher and nothing else. Also pretty repetitive. It 's not that its a bad game, it's that it really isn't much to begin with.

BUY THE DAM GAME NOW! seriously, its one of the best games i have every played.im a fanatic about weird stories and art style and this game gave me exactly what i was looking for. its was a steal when it first came out at 20$, so get it seriously.

One of the most interesting games I have played this year. Yes it's short hence not worth full price but it oozes with charm.

Quite a strong narrative with a twist to the tale
Unique Artwork
A brawler rather than a shooter (makes a change)
Additional content in the form of Arena style survivor levels with achievements

Don't expect a life changing experience but if you appreciate originality it is a definite sale.

Really? In cod4 you don't go into a super linear way and punch enemies in the face that you already killed. There is more to it than that. But the entire gameplay of Zenoclash is "VS" fight between you and some other characters that you have defeated a dozen times before. There is no exploration since the levels of the game are as small and linear as an Arena could be, there is no climbing or traverse through the levels. Also i don't bash a game to hell and then buy it and show that i do on Xfire.....i wanna hope you bought it and not pirate it!

I never though I'd say this, but STEAM might be having too many good deals. I keep buying all of these cheap games and I'm having a hard time playing though them all =P

COD4 is not linear? :S WTH are you talking about my friend? ZenoClash is waaay more non-linear tha COD4. in COD4 you know that you will eventually save the world and beat the hell out of the terrorists. at least in ZenoClash i didnt know what was going to happen from start to finish.

:lol: Yeah its funny, lets all laugh about that when everyone knows that x360 actually looks better than the ps3. It has been proven many times in every single internet site including the system wars in this site, that x360 has better graphics in 90% of the games that are are available in both x360 and ps3 and therefore "can" and have been compared. I am a ps3 user, but i am not a fanatic that denies true proven facts. The x360 has better graphics than ps3 and i am not afraid of saying so!! Judging by your previous posts that you laugh at other users opinions without making a point like its common knowledge and the other user is wrong. I realized that you are not open to other suggestions on opinions that disagree with your opinion. You never ask why, or ask the other user to explain his case and statement. You only laugh just like you just did right now, even wherever you are not sure if your claim is right or wrong. Therefore i am not tracking you anymore since i don't like people that have this way of thinking!!!

Zeno clash even more linear than a movie game. Yes its more linear than cod4. In cod4 i can follow a different path, such as in the level "charlie don't surf" But in zeno Clash the levels are totally straight forward with zero exploration, also in cod4 i can use head shots or grenade launcher and fight diffirent enemies such as dogs. In zenoclash i can only punch people to the face, since there are no move that you can kick someone to the legs and knock them down :lol: etc,etc. Also weapons are useless. As for story? It has an awful story structure, especially the way the game starts and the way the character explains what he has been through. All of those parts are mediocre at best with plot holes. The game ends with more questions than the ones you have to begin with and after 3 hours of game play you wonder what happen to the other half of the game that supposed to explain what the game is all about. 3 hours or repetitive fistfights with opponets you already have defeated before. More linear than pacman. Atleast he can choose a different route and avoid the ghosts.

You have just done an excellent job explaining to me why I should never trust your opinion about a game. I'll keep it in mind. :)
