Belkan war is a prequel to Ace combat 5. Both are good games so its upto you. I say get Unsung war and then play Belkan war, in the order they were released.
I loved Ace Combat 5. Haven't really gotten a chance to play Zero yet. But I do know that the events in AC5, to a certain extent, follow what has happened in ACZero. I recommend you play AC5 first and then get Zero. Should be more interesting that way.
