Notes: Spoliers
I bought the game when its first came out...im into 70hrs in the games...got to the final boss but its dam hard...cant beat it...My characters "Jester is at Level 66 and all the others are at 60. So if you have been able beat the last boss PM me...lol With limited potions and no magic skills you have to come up with a good plan to beated it...
just to let you all know that you have to play through every characters (since they have something in comon with the last boss) each one fighting at a time.. so if one of your character dies then its game over...
ive played only 10 hours on it....i only got the first key leo......i really like how you can travel to areas very fast and the loading times almost doesnt existzero_cool098
[QUOTE="_AbBaNdOn"]My Timer should really count as i leave my games running while i do other stuff like eat, but im at 60+ hours. I've reached points with a few weapons where they can not be squished together any further. Im halfway to getting my platinum license. But im having real problems trying to pick the game up and continue playing. I really really hate some of the gimmicky things you have to do to kill monsters like jump attacks and charge attacks and jumping on them. What i really hate about those types of monsters are their immuninty to abilities until you break their shields or pop them open and the jump attack guys never become vulnerable. Hunting down revelation items is also a pain and im not aware of any item you can find to increase the drop rate of items. But im soldiering on. I think my final verdict will be though that Dark Cloud 2 was beyond perfect. bigmit37
I'm the same way...I put about 40hrs into FFXII in a matter of days after it's release before I just got burned out. Haven't touched it in months. I still think it's a great game, I just needed a break. A little more variety.
Just to further illustrate my point: I've played Bully, DMC 1-3, Twilight Princess, Mark Ecko's Getting Up, finished up Kingdom Hearts, and have just entered Chapter 5 of Dark Cloud 2. See: Variety is the spice of life.

At first I was enjoying this game but now I'm not for some reason.
I'm finding it hard to come up with time to play this game, mostly because I'm playing so many and desperately trying to get some of them finished up before GOW II comes out. But Rogue Galaxay is a bunch of fun. I'm about six hours into it.
Currently playing: (In order of time spents) Final Fantasy XII, WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2007, Guitar Hero II, Okami, Prince of Perisa: Warrior Within, Rogue Galaxy, Bully, God of War, Dragonball Z Budakai 3 (Bully and GOW are both second run throughs. They're that good.)

It can get pretty tedious...especially in the beginning. You need a LOT of items to build what you need for the Georama, and collecting either the items or the money to buy the items can take a while when you first start out. The opening 10-15 hours are a complete suck, but if you stick with it, it'll start getting better.
There's a great deal of customization, if you're into that sort of thing. There's some character recruitment similar to Suikoden. There are a few side games to do if you want to break up the normal flow. The story bogs down midway through, I'm in Chapter 6 now, and it's just now starting to really take shape.
Overall, it's your typical Level-5 RPG. Sometimes fun, sometimes a total grind. But it is guaranteed to last you a loooong time.
