anyone ever play resident evil directors cut for PS1 on the PS2?

brings back memories for some classic nostalgia. anyone know the answer to the following?:

In Jills game I have read in a script guide there is a scene with Barry on the terrace where you find Forrest's body (with the Bazooka) but I cannot get this scene to play. It also says if you see this scene, it leads to further scenes when you find the researchers will, and in the guardhouse. anyone know how to get the terrace scene, do i go in a certain room or something?

I've been playing the original RE (have the long box version from its launch day, the game almost caused me to not get my driving license lol) on the PS2 and RE DS. The original RE is the best and scariest RE ever made.

Sorry don't know about the terrace scene and I have never played the Director's Cut (yet). I usually see Barry on the top floor of the main hall before I go to the terrace (I think).
