i never played kingdom hearts and god of war or id probably mention them, i hear so many good things about them and almost everyone has played them except me but then again its been a long time since i took a trip to a video game store.
Beyond Good And Evil, Burnout 3: Takedown, Destroy All Humans, Guitar Hero II, Marvel: Ultimate Alliance, Prince Of Persia: The Sands Of Time, Shadow Of The Colossus, War Of The Monsters, Ratchet & Clank series, Jak & Daxter series... Theres a load of good T rated games if you look for them (though most of the games in that age bracket tend to either be racing games, sports game or platformers).
