Yes i agree with those games. The first time i seen Resident Evil 4 i was amazed at the graphics, after all the PS2 is an old system and to achieve those kind of graphics on it was awesome.
RE4 Splinter cell double agent. god of war graphics were just more polished otherwise prince of persia two thrones graphics are artistically brilliant. but now it seems that gamespot is just soldout to microsoft because everywhere there is xbox 3 60 360 360 in my opinion games on 360 are not that good. but i think gamespot is soldout.

Why not Shadow of the Colossus? I thought the game was beautiful
Metal Gear Solid 3 without a doubt. I mean the system was even getting a little old in 2004, but hell, that game still blows me away with how good everything looks. I think it had more to do with artistic style though rather than processing power!

Of those I've played, I would say RE4 and FF12 have the best graphics. Odin Sphere is pretty nice too. But I haven't gotten around to playing a lot of games that are supposed to have really impressive graphics (God of War, etc.) yet.
