DMC3:SE worth a pickup?

I'm going out today to buy SOTC, and I'm thinking of RE-buying Manhunt, or buying DMC3, w/ the easier difficulty. What makes this game so great? I've read GS's review but it just hasnt really sold me. Seems like it would be bland and repetitive.

It isn't repetitive its just a fun game.  You can play as Vergil too and it has a lot of fun weapons and modes, like the bloody palace survival mode.

imo it's the best action game to date, it has the deepest combat system in anygame, and it's extemely fun.

 

P.S: you can get the box set, which includes DMC1, 2, and 3 for $30

SotC and Devil may cry 3 are great games get both or even SE version of DMC
