Yeah go to balfonheim and buy it from the knight in chocobo for 200 gil. Of course if you havent reach there, you can always do the elite hunt from the clan provisioner in rabanestre
various monsters yield them at points during the game.....they can also be bought from some merchants....never sell any teleport stones when you sell your loot....make sure to keep any and all of them that you acquire....you will need them throughout the game
