FFXII , please help me ...

Im now in the Stilshrine of Miriam and im stuck there i have the way stone, the pedestal of the Dawn and the two doors which both of them are close. I wana to know what i have to do ?? thank you ...

If I remember correctly, equip Vaan with the Dawn Shard and activate the first (or second?) pedestal. Have fun!!
