TimeSplitters: Future Perfect, BLACK, Project Snowblind & Killzone are good choices.
IMHO TimeSplitters and Black are the best, TimeSplitters because of the Extra content/Replay value and online play, Black because of the graphics and physics.
I've played most of these and some I heard some good things , I hope it will help you :BLACK, Area 51 , 007: Nightfire , Deus Ex , Red Faction 2 , Time Splitters 2 , Call of Duty 2 :Big Red One , XIII , Rainbow 6 Lockdown , Half-Life and Project :Snowblind .
Timesplitters 2 has a great multiplayer mode, but the single-player isn't really worth playing (only for the unlocks), on the other hand Killzone has an excellent single player mode and a normal multiplayer mode (which you will see in every FPS), also Medal of Honor Frontline is good and Medal of Honor: European Assault is decent with a good multiplayer offline mode excellent with 3 other friends. The Call of Duty games are decent, but not as good as the PC versions.
