Games you bought, and BLEW up in your face!!!

Digimon Data Squad and Soul Nomad were huge disappointments for me. The next game I plan on buying is PSU: Ambitions and if its anything like the first one it should rock.

agreed, in terms of stealth Hitman:BM is one of the best stealth games I've ever played, it felf so real and you really have to be smart and snaky to get your targets and finish the mission. it's even better than MGS3 in terms of stealth.

I have to say GoW, not a bad game but i have no ideal why people class it as the best ps2 game.

I bought it and finished it and was disappointed, it's just a button masher, I had no trouble finishing it, and I think I only died once.

Anyway the story was crap and the so called great twist was badly executed. Levels were dull, gore was ok but nothing to write home about after the first boss. I just don't understand why people rank it so high.

I just don't like stealth games.

I love stealth games! Tenchu, MGS, Hitman, and Syphon Filter are one of my favorite games. Splinter Cell is the only stealth game I don't like because it's too high tech and slow. Tenchu is my favorite because there are no long range weapons w/c makes it harder to stealth kill.

Ok now that somebody brought it up...MGS sons of liberty is an absolute bore. What's the big fuzz?!! i have really tried to lay down and give it a shot at this game, but it's just not for me. I don't think Solid Snake is cool...he's a spoiled brat. Dante from DMC is so 80's glam rock lame.

A cool character is the guy from MANHUNT! now that dude is a tough sonovagun!, that can beat the crap of anyone, anyday at anytime!!

Ok, let me start by sayingi amso relieved to know that im not the only person who hates RE4 :D the game is jsut awful compared to RE2 and 3, i really like the new over the shoulder camera its very mgs i find it really comfortable shooting Spanish ppl with it :lol: but the rest just sucks :? i dont know why so many ppl like it.

Any rpg that has Turn-based-combat... I mean.. c'mon... It so old fashioned and boring, it takes the exciment of anything. Suppuse you're playing a game that has a great story and you¿re eager to see what's next, you have the adrenaline running high speed because the story is so cool...!!! and suddenly... random combat... turn based... SUCKS!

Also Ihate Monster Hunter, I'm playing right know while I write this... is just that I'm trying to figured out what the game creators expected from the players... I still can't tell.. :|

Well..i knew i was gonna get blasted for not liking MGS and DMC...oh i forgot to mention, I don't like RPG's either! I like full frontal assault action, and i also like action/adventure kinda stuff. MANHUNT is a decent stealth game, HITMAN is an awesome stealth game and i like both for blending real well stealth, gore and action.

its not that i dont like him thinking just any game is better than mgs. if he had mentioned a quality stealth game in that post like hitman or even splinter cell(which i dont like), i wouldnt have minded. its the fact that he mentioned the most shallow excuse for a stealth game ever as a better game that got me. the only reason it got any attention was the gore and the media controversy that resulted from it.
