They don't, if a game was $30 they would give you like $7. Sell it to a friend, or ebay it. Well eBay isn't that much better, you'd have to sell it for like a $1.99, lol.

They don't give you very much money, I suggest you sell it on ebay.

Don't trade in at gamestop. They rip you off. Their scale starts at $20 for a new game the week it comes out then after that it drops to $10 max, but in most cases you will be luky if they give you more than $5 for a game. They don't care about condition either. All that matters to them is if the game disc plays.

If you want to sell your collection Ebay it, or sell the games individually through your store on amazon.com. However, as a general rule there is no money in trading in or selling used games anymore.

just go inside a gamestop and see how much they will give you fr something like ur controllers and stuff they are a rip off when it coems to trading in ur stuff i did it myself i traded in like 5 games the total for said 5 games were a whopping 20.00 dollars so yeah dont trade in to gamestop or eb now that gamestop owns them sell them on amazon or sell them in a garagesale then you totally avoid the middle man which would be ebay or amzon although never sold anything online so dont know on that end

1: Gamestop rips you off on absolutely everything. They shaft the customer at every oportunity.

2: Selling your stuff online is no different than selling it at your garage sale, except you reach a much bigger audience online. You set the price for your stuff, and if someone wants it, then that's what they pay for it. End of story.

Gamestop usually rips you off- you do not get enough credit for anything that you trade in. They used to do DVD trade ins, but now they stopped that
