GOW Costumes

how can I access the GOW costumes? I've beaten the game but if I start a new game it doesn;t give me the optionsd nor is it in the like start menu.

which one GOW 1 or 2.

if the first one you can't use the costumes in god mode but the second one you can only use in bonus play.
