Overall, GTA because of the whole scope of the game. The cities are huge. However, Insomniac is very good at making R&C games. It depends on the person, though.

You cant rly compare the 2, they are different games. IMO thou i would say ratchet nd clank, cause i neer get tired of that game. Fantastic story, fantastic game play, fantastic multiplayer, its just an all around awsome game. GTA how ever gets kinda boring after a while. Story mode i found kinda bland cause all it was, was killing ppl and driving cars, with some ocasional minigames like tagging. After u finish the game it also get very borring cause it just becomes shooting ppl and using cheats. So i say R&C......
Why on earth would you diss up your arsenal? Are you one of those people that can't play a game without blood?
I personally hate games with "street" settings like GTA SA, but I'm not going to call it a f**. I know its a good game that just isn't for me. Up Your Arsenal is a great action/adventure platformer.
They're both great games. I just like GTA SA more because whenever I play RaC I'm extremely bored. I played that game so much. I got everything. Absolutely everything. Also the omega rhyno blowed. That gun wasn't fun after that upgrade. I don't even think it was as powerful.
They are two different types of games entirely, but for me as much as I love the GTA series and as great as San Andreas was as a game, I probably had more fun and replay with UYA, though if you wanted to get picky, the online play could be an even bigger determining factor. However I still prefer GC > UYA
I prefer Ratchet 3, because I'm a huge fan of Insomniac.
And about San Andreas... Sure, gameplay-wise it's the best GTA, but I dislike the gangst-a/ghetto/homie themes and the orange tone that darkens EVERYTHING. VC and III > SA.
