G.T.A San Andreas get over it!

Everytime I check into gamespot to find new games I always see GTA san A on the top 10 list. I mean guys now wtf??? The game was absolutely amazing but really aren't u over it? I was over it about 2 years ago once I had done everything. I see game like FF12 on the top 10 for like 2 weeks then off it goes and I see San A on the top ten for like 3 years straight. Plz ppl get over the game cus it's quit sad...

I think it might be due to the fact that if you type in "GTA SA codes" in google, Gamespot will be one of the first results.

I'm also tired of seeing G.T.A. San Andreas on the top 10 games because it is filling up the spot of other games that I or many others could look into instead. Also it was not even the best GTA game so take it down the list gamespot.Juventus_10

Vice city was the best. San Andreas was great 3 yrs ago when it came out. i spent like 100 hours on it and now i got 100% completion there is nuthin to do on it any more so it doesnt need to be on the bored anymore. its old graphics are out dated etc.

put another game on the bored that deserves to be on the bored like Gears of War, Oblivion, G.R.A.W.

It doesn't annoy me that much I'm just wondering why u guys love it so much after 3 years. The replies i've got here have told me that u also don;t know why and yet it's still there???

oh by the way, i already saw for maybe a day or so , that gta sa wasn't in the top ten, but it came back after a while. like u I did everything there is to do in gta sa but let other ppl enjoy it as much as they want to

Exactly what I was thinking. GTA is one of the greatest games from the past decade (no, I'm not exaggerating) and I don't know why someone would be annoyed to see it. A lot of people are still playing it, and are looking at the cheats and guides for the game on GameSpot.

Or because its an extremely boring game. By far the worst in the GTA series.

Oh and im a minority that want another minority to be a main character, so me not liking the game has nothing to do based on race like most people say.

YOU may have played it 3 years ago, but those people who haven't and are just getting into the PS2 or around to picking it up, because believe it or not its that popular, are going to check it here on gamespot. Honestly though there isn't all that much left thats coming out for the PS2, so its no surprise that San Andreas is still at the top. Its not the same old users going back to the game, it's new people.

The PS2 is still one of the best selling consoles right now, more than the PS3 and possibly more than the 360 (don't quote me on that last one) so yes THAT many people.

i wouldve liked the game...IF i was a Ganster, not a ganstarr, i dont wanna hang out with my homies, i wanna go to a strip joint or a deserted warehouse, meet up with people duff them up for money they owe me, not break into someones car and jack their stereo, i literally couldnt sit through the dialogue, i dont wanna hear him go, yo wattup man moneys in da bag we go riding homeboyz? what the hell....thats the reason vice city is better, its more like grand theft auto, thugs and gangsters, not new age pimps...

I'm with Carl, I think San Andreas has had its spot in the light, we know its good, now shut the hell up about it. I realize it appears #1 because of page views, but still, that means that people still play it like it isn't old (in time, not gameplay). Dj pulserfan, thats a pretty bold statement to say that the only reason Carl didn't like it was because CJ was black. How do you know? Plus,he's saying that people need to get over the initial shock of the game, not that he thinks its a bad game. In fact he says in his post that he realizes that its an amazing game. Next time, check these things beforehand before you accuse someone. I think you were just looking for any reason to accuse someone of racism. Is that what you say whenever anyway says they don't like SA, or any other game with a black protagnist, for that matter? If I said I didn't like, say, 50 Cent: The Game (which I don't) would you start yelling "racist!" before I even gave you a reason? Anyway, there are also other games that will probably be up on the top ten for a ridiculously long time, like: God of War I and II, Final Fantasy XII, and probably Manhunt 2.Ja-nem-ba

No one is saying anything about it. The reason it is number one is due to the number of page hits the game gets. It's as simple as that. What's the problem?

I think that's because of the unlockables. People search the gta sa gamespace in order to find the locations of hidden horseshoes, tags etc.

GTA is a great game but its been there for way to long the next one is nearly out!!!LOL
