Guitar Hero or Rock Band?

Im stuck i mean rock band is going to be a new totally different kind of game but could the gameplay maybe not be good or is guitar hero be better still at the end after RB comes out?

So which one do you think is going to end up being better Guitar Hero series or Rock Band?

Probably Rock Band since its multiplayer support is way supperior.

Guitar Hero III if its going to be a PS2 game.

Rock Band is worth more of your money on a next gen console due to downloadable games.

Then again... Do they have plans for that for GHIII?

Geez... Remember this is a game to be played for fun... Stop comparing with real instruments...

You can go to legal auto races, legally shoot guns, skateboard, ride dirtbikes, etc... Doesn't mean playing the games are gay.

Some people just don't understand enjoyment...

neither, you see just put down the controller insruments and save your money and buy a real guitar or drums or bass, it's more fulfilling and less gayogreiron

The reason people play video games is because they can't really do what they're doing on the game or just because they can't 24/7. So quit being a jackass about Guitar Hero and Rock Band.

If you ask me, Rock Band has the advantage of being made by Harmonix (who we all know can make awesome music games), but GH3 has the advantage of having the most kickass song list ever. They'll probably both be awesome, and I'm definitely going to get both.

And if I recall correctly, GH guitars will work with Rock Band, but no confirmation either way about whether it'll work the other way around.

Rock Band now rip offs the Gitadora session experience but with added Karaoke Revolution to the mix.

I think they're both going to be on PS2 as well.

its quite simple : do u have 4 players at ur house to jam with everyday or whenever u feel like playing? can ur friends come over every day after school? for me, maybe 1 or 2 days, but i highly doubt that ur friends will constantly come to ur house to play rock band. what if u just want to play by urself but ur left with the drums, vocalist empty? it kinda drags the feeling dont u think?

if it was up to me, ill take GH3 cuz u can jam with friends and by urself whenever u want. plus its like 100$ price difference.

i think the first RB won't be as good as GH, they will have to launch RB 2 o 3 to be better than GH...Chajal

yeah, RB is a great concept but GH is more practical in ways. plus they'll have some kinks to work out/upgrades to make before it gets any better than GH.
