Hello. I come from Russia. I am in America not very long. But already I am so happy becuase my mom says to me that she can buy for me the playstation 2 for my birtday! But she say she can also buy game lol but I don't know a game for. My cousin says to me that a good game are the Halo game. Is it good and how much I can buy for? What other game is good for please?

i think that final fantasy X or XII would be the best choices. they should take a long time to beat, and the graphics and gameplay are beautiful.

but there are very many games, and everyone has their own personal favorites. try to find what genre of game you want, and ask people what their favorite game of that genre is.

If you manage to find a copy of a true gem called ICO, you could leave with that one game completely satisfied. If your options are more open, pick up Final Fantasy 7, Final Fantasy 12, or Xenosaga 1-2-3 if you like RPG's. For racing, Burnout is enough to keep you occupied for weeks on end. For First or Third Person Shooting, Resident Evil 4 is enough to fit either category. If you like Action/Adventure games, pick up God Hand, Okami, Shadow of the Collosus, or, again, ICO. For sports games, pick up basically whatever you feel like. On the Playstation 2, they all play about the same. Finally, if you like strategy-related games, pick up Final Fantasy Tactics or Disgaea 2. Thats should cover about every category. Good Luck!Asurai

kingdom hearts 1 and 2( i think u'll love these cuz everyone does=) 

any of these will do  metal gear solid 2 and 3 are violent but are still very good games
