I prefer to play them on the PC too, but the games themselves are good. They give you an experience you can't really get in any other game for as far as I know. Sure, Splinter Cell and Hitman are both stealth games with contract killing, but they're also very different.
They are amazing. Sort of hard though, you need to be very stealthy and strategic... but you get to kill people ;). Killing people is good. When you're playing videogames of course :|
I just found an awsome 3 pack of them all, and i am not sure if i should get it. It seems like an awsome value, but are the games actually good?

I've only played Hitman 2 and I liked it. One of the big differences between this and other games it is categorized with is that a lot of the time you have to be out in the open -- in broad daylight -- wearing the clothes of a guard or a common bystander and not acting conspicuous or out of place. In a way, I thought that concept made this game more intense then other stealth games.
I think they are pretty decent. I've got the second one- it's fun but can be really difficult sometimes, the ninja missions for example. Anyway, I plan to get the 3rd and 4th some time soon.

Yeah, I played the second 1 for the PC and thought it was pretty sick. Probably gonan go get the pack, instead of that toomb raider game.
