maybe in FF series but its battle system compared to grandia 3 is nothing because simply grandia 3's battle system is the best.
both have terrible story, but in visual design, battles, characters grandia 3 is better
if they would keep the same characters from x, it would be good. why a faithful summoner turns out to be a wh*re ?

Now that is a classic, you have just made my day. I actually enjoyed both battle systems, they share similarities and differences but both were very good. Grandia is perhaps the more strategic of the two which stops it from being a button masher. I disagree with you on characters, Grandia's characters felt paper thin to me, enjoyed FFX-2 much more in that respect. Graphically,some areas in Grandia were a sight to behold, but others were very dull, FFX-2 was not great graphically, but I think it had better consistency than Grandia III. Both are good games if you ask me.
