damn i wanted one a while now and went to wal-mart got re stocked had 5 SILVER ones

im gleein with joy now...

i had a fat ps2 and it broke and went with gamecube instead, silver

so having a silver gamecube and ps2 side by side looks frigging fantastic!

gonna pick up god of war and shadow of the colossus, and okami too!

wow both of those sound nice!...i'd like to put a silver slim ps2 in my car..it would work nice with my setup.

How silver is this silver? Would you say it's more like a video component like a typical consumer DVD player, or is it the dull plasticky silver of my Nintendo DS?

I'm getting one too. Did you have to order it online? Stores don't seem to caarry these. And I decided on Silver because it's the last iteration. meaning all the latest stuff is in this thing, as far as PS2s go EDIT: The silver controller wouldn't happen to be wireless, would it?

doesnt matter the silver on the ps2 looks FAR better than the black one. i prefer the silver gamecube, silver ps2, i even like the silver ipod, and ds, wish the ds lite was made silver. also my dvd player is silver, speakers, and tv...laptop. mouse. phone. heck if i could dip myself in silver i would

The silver ps2's similar to that of the silver gamecube. If you don't know what the GC silver's like, then it's like the silver on a lot of cordless phones.

Not to mention there's the matching silver controller.
