My question for this all knowing forum is this, Ive already played through Kingdom Hearts 2 and im on my second playthrough but would it still be worth it to pick up the first kingdom hearts. Is the gameplay worse or better than the second one and would it clear up things with the story. Thanks for your opinions!!!

They are both entertaining games. Combat is essentially the same but more refined in KH2 as is the platforming element. It is definitely worth picking up KH1, more challenging than KH2 and has a few things which the second didnt have. At $20 its worth a try.

I don't think it would really clear up the story... You'll need to pick up Chain of Memories for that. You also don't need to get it for the combat, since KH2's combat and camera are a lot better. I still think you should pick it up though. Just being inferior to KH2 doesn't make it bad. It just makes KH2 better.

I played the 2nd one first, then borrowed #1 from my cousin, and I'd say just skip #1....graphics are worse, doesn't really help you understand the already confusing story...
