I don't think that it's even possible at all... However, it is possible to replace some of the songs on the disc with some of your own, though you'll need to do a bit of research and reading...
You can not do this. The developers programmed into the game when to hit the buttons on the guitar controller. It doesn't just automatically come up with that while playing the song.
